LYNNIE BUSK'S THAI TUNA AND AVOCADO MELT

An open sandwich of avocado, tuna with BBCC Fiery Coconut Chilli Sauce
w/Curry & Ginger, and grilled with cheese on top! Heaven!
 
Yesterday, I went to the supermarket specifically to buy some kind of chilli sauce,
(I often make my own but was too lazy), to add to tinned tuna,
which we are able to purchase from our own business. Tuna is just tuna until you have tried the flavoured ones as able to be purchased from the supermarkets today in many varieties. My husband and I love to take them for lunches at work, but were going through an enormous amount of money purchasing the commercial brands.
 
Bingo! You guys have the answer, and the taste I have been searching for!
Your Fiery Coconut Chilli Sauce is just the answer to add to the larger tins
of tuna we have already, and is delicious.

Tinned Tuna
Avocado
tasty cheese
BBCC Fiery Coconut Chilli Sauce
Mix BBCC Fiery Coconut Chilli Sauce with tuna, spread on your favorite bread,
top with sliced avocado, cover with tasty cheese and pop it under the broiler
until the cheese is melted. Simple, easy and delicious.
