1 Carton of sour cream
1 jar BBCC SALSA PICANTE (mild or medium)
2 medium tomatoes cut into cubes
grated cheese
shallots chopped
1 or 2 packets of cornchips
empty carton of sour cream into the middle of a large platter and spread out
(not too thin)
empty salsa into the middle of the sour cream
top with chopped tomatoes, shallots then the grated cheese
(keep a few shallots for garnish on top of the cheese)
just before serving spread cornchips around the dip.
