1/2 bottle of BBCC Fiery Coconut Chilli Sauce
2 tablespoons of BBCC Heavenly Habanero Chilli Sauce
1/2 tin of coconut milk
1 cup of chicken stock
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 kilo of boneless tenderloin pork fillets
noodles of your choosing
fresh coriander

cooking instructions
Sear both sides of the pork fillets in a frying pan briefly, in a small amount of hot oil. Mix together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl, and pour over the pork. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cover the pan. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles and have them ready. When the meat is done, place on a bed of noodles, pour the sauce from the pan over the lot, and sprinkle with a bit of freshly chopped coriander.
