Smoky
Red Bean Salsa
Kidney beans together with smoked jalapeno
chillies (Chipotles), tomato, onion, garlic,
and oregano ... barbequed chilli in a dip.
Our SMOKY RED BEAN SALSA is a delicious blend
of kidney beans, jalapeno and chipotle (smoked
jalapeno) chillies, onions, tomatoes and garlic.
SMOKY RED BEAN SALSA scooped up with our NATURAL
TOASTED CORNCHIPS is a meal in itself.
For an appetizer, put a spoonful on a CORNCHIP
or cracker, top with a bit of sour cream and
garnish with a sprig of fresh coriander.
Cover half of a tortilla with SMOKY RED BEAN
SALSA, sprinkle with shredded cheese, fold
in half and toast both sides to make a very
tasty "Quesadilla".
Use as a filling for enchiladas or tacos ...
by itself or with cooked mince.

Salsa

in two heats, the medium having more chilli than
the mild. Both are bitey though, and on the hot
side of medium and mild.

tomatoes, fresh onions, garlic and coriander,
jalapeno chillies and spices.
SALSA PICANTE in meat gravy adds a nice spice
to the traditional roast dinner. Stir into marinara
and bolognaise sauces for zesty pastas and lasagne.
