Golden Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 1kg small red potatoes
- 1/2 cup plain thick yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2-4 tablespoons Bryon Bay Chilli Co Heavenly Habanero Chilli Sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sliced spring onions
- Combination of red, green and yellow capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 red cayenne chilli, thinly sliced (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Steam whole potatoes until just tender
- Set aside to cool
- In a processor, combine yogurt, mayo, chilli sauce, coriander and garlic
- Blend well
- Cube the cooled potatoes and add the yogurt dressing and vegetables
- Gently mix and season with salt and pepper
