Ingredients

  • 1kg lean beef or pork
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Bryon Bay Chilli Co Smokin' Mango Chilli Sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Cut meat into bite-sized cubes
  2. Brown in hot oil
  3. Add onion and garlic and continue to cook at medium-high heat for 2 minutes
  4. Turn heat to a low simmer, add chilli sauce and broth
  5. Cover and cook for 1-2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes
  6. Add water as needed
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Meat becomes more tender the longer it cooks
  9. Also works well in a slow cooker, turned low and left for hours
